Hi again,

I've got in touch a few times before about my music. I'm a solo artist, sometimes working with session musicians.
My favourite musicians include Nick Drake, Joni Mitchell, Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Tim Buckley, Norah Jones, Radiohead and pretty much anything I've heard on Rick & Morty.
I'm releasing a new album on Jan 20th, though I've already put it up for free listening on soundcloud. I release my own music on my own label - Bad Production Records (which is a jokey name because I had to release stuff like this because originally people said my production wasn't good enough). I mostly sing and play acoustic guitar and appalachian dulcimer. The album isn't quite a concept album, but many of the songs deal with a big family argument in 2013 in the Portuguese town of Albufeira. I've put a scattering of lyrics below.

My music is published by BMG in Germany, though I now have no manager and fund myself partially through royalties but much more from a day job as a Teaching Assistant in English. I have a degree and a masters in English Literature from the University of Nottingham. My favourite album is 'The Times They Are A Changin'' by Bob Dylan, closely followed by 'Blue' by Joni Mitchell and 'Harvest' by Neil Young.
